About Heat Pump
A heat pump is an energy-efficient alternative for an air conditioner and furnace in places where the climatic conditions demand moderate heating and cooling needs. It consumes electric power and transfers heat from one space to another, depending on the climatic condition and its demand for either heating or cooling. Heat pump can be operated at a cost that is almost a quarter of the operating costs for any conventional heating or cooling equipment. It operates with high efficiency, and unlike a traditional HVAC unit, it does not need a separate equipment for heating and cooling.
